Life moves quickly — especially for busy mums and remote workers. Selected treatments are available as a mobile service across the local area for an additional £25, with the same care, prescriber-led precision and unhurried pace as the clinic.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes — every new client begins with a private consultation with Het. This allows us to understand your concerns, assess your suitability for treatment, and create a bespoke plan tailored to your facial anatomy and goals.
Is there any downtime after injectable treatments?

Most injectable treatments have minimal downtime. You may experience slight redness, swelling or bruising at the injection site, which typically resolves within a few days. Het will talk you through aftercare during your appointment.
How long do results last?

This varies by treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–4 months, dermal fillers 6–18 months depending on the area, and Profhilo around 6 months. We'll discuss expected longevity during your consultation.
What is the mobile service?

Selected treatments are available at your home or workplace across the local area for an additional £25. You'll receive the same prescriber-led care and clinical precision as you would in the studio — just in the comfort of your own space.
Is it safe? What are your qualifications?

Het is an independent pharmacist prescriber with over 15 years of clinical experience and Level 7 training in injectables. All treatments are carried out to the highest clinical standards using premium, CE-marked products from trusted brands.

What are your opening hours?

We're open Tuesday and Thursday 10am–8pm, Friday 10am–4pm, and Saturday & Sunday by appointment only.
Can I combine treatments?

In many cases, yes. Combining treatments can enhance your results — for example, Profhilo for hydration alongside anti-wrinkle injections. Het will advise on the best combination and spacing during your consultation.
